"Wir haben über die Fewo-direkt App gebucht. Gastgeber war jedoch NOVASOL und da liegt schon das Problem. Am Hauptanreisetag Samstag ist die Agentur nur bis 17 Uhr erreichbar. Als wir gegen 18 Uhr eincheckten und neben dem schimmligen Bad auch den Ungezieferbefall im Wintergarten melden wollten und auch ein abgeschlossenes Elektrongerät im Pool vorfanden, war leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort erreichbar. Lediglich die Fewo-direkt Hotline war besetzt, die Mitarbeiter aber nicht befugt, etwas für...

"Bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft sehr verdreckt und auch der Aussenbereich ist nicht gepflegt gewesen. Die ganze Terrasse ist voll mit meterhohen Unkraut und der Rasen war auch nicht gemäht. Das Bad ist in einem schlechtem Zustand, siehe Ventilator, Duschvorhang und überall sehr viel Staub wie auf den Lampen etc. Die Fußmatten sind auch nicht mehr hygienisch und mussten eigene kaufen. So etwas sollte neu gewaschen da liegen. Wenn man eine Unterkunft mietet, muss sie bei Ankunft gereinigt sein...

"Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen, die Küche war super ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich und die Schlafmöglickeiten für uns passend. Die Decke in der Küche und oben im Schlafbereich ist für Leute über 1,70 m „schmerzlich“und das Bad müsste mal saniert werden, zumindest ein neuer Badevorleger wäre super. Nichtsdestotrotz wir kommen wieder und lieben den morgendlichen Ausblick auf das Wasser und den Garten mit den vielen Brombeeren- danke 🙂"

"Absolutely beautiful garden with a lot of opportunities. Kitchen is well equipped. Inside it smells musty - beds, couches…almost everything needs a fresh cure. It was not clean at all. But as long as the weather is nice it’s a beautiful retreat. The sea is in walking distance. But the WORST thing is NOVASOL. You can‘t get in contact, no email, no telephone number, no chance to login the account (the systems says that the email address is not valid even though all the mails are going over it...

"Ein großes Haus mit schöner Terrasse und wunderbaren Ausblick über den Fjord. Großes Grundstück ruhig gelegen. Küche klein aber gut ausgestattet. Betten ok, Schlafzimmer eher klein. Bad ist eher als Nasszelle zu bezeichnen und passt nicht zum Standard des Wohnbereichs. Das Klo war ständig verstopft. Sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten ein schöner Fleck zum abschalten. Einkaufsgelegenheit 5 Min. mit Fahrrad."

"A decent hotel & great choice in Holbaek. It can get noisy if there is a function & there’s no soundproofing between floors- so ask for the top floor. A bit light on breakfast choices especially if you’re a vegan & they do allow smoking in the courtyard which does drift into the rooms. But overall a good choice."
