“My family and I were in town for a short visit. We enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was as described in the listing. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was also very responsive. We would definitely stay at this property again.”

“Our stay at this location was very pleasant. The owner was easy to communicate with and the property pictures represented it well. The check in and out was very easy. We had ages 24-95 and all were comfortable as we enjoyed celebrating a graduation from The University of South Carolina. I have only 2 constructive comments: watch out for the kitchen faucet, it needs to hand misaligned so that the user doesn't get drenched; there is an apartment overhead and the walking noise is noticeable. “For a long term stay,bring everything you'll have at home. There 3 weekends and only saw housekeeping once. Other than me going out to buy stuff such as broom,mop, cleaning things the unit was everything i needed it be. I just treted it like it was my own one bedroom apartment that doesnt come with housekeeping. ”

Close to Chapin and all the amenities there. There is a 24-7 gym. Publix etc. downtown is very quaint. Very highly recommend the place. Our family loved it. Enjoy.”

“I cannot say enuff about the setting and the views, just stunning. The home is as advertised and very comfortable for our group of 9. The entire staff was attentive and helpful with any minor requests. Truly a professionally run group. All of the rooms and home were clean and plenty of towels provided. I would recommend this home highly, and we already have planned to comeback during football season. Ty to all of you at Yellowtail, the home made our daughter’s graduation a week to remember.”

“This tiny house gives the feeling of the mountains with a beach vibe. If you want a great nights sleep the quiet location is perfect. You sit on top of a ridge with a great view all around. The sunrise shining through the sliding glass doors to the deck are spectacular. Its called a tiny house, but it is very spacious and roomy and still gives a cozy and relaxing feel.
