We've been regulars at Anchorage on the Cove for the past 15 years. This year was a little different for us because the owners gave the management responsibilities over to Del Mar. The tradeoff was losing the personal touch from the owners and only getting one week's stay, but overall, the management group was efficient, personable, and helpful. The reason it took so long to write this review (a month later) was that we were waiting to see if we'd get our $200 damage deposit back (were never charged that before). Since there were issues upon our arrival, we quickly took pics, made some calls, and sent them on to management to ensure we weren't pegged as the guilty party. Del Mar was responsive to our calls and resolved the issues we identified. The parking was a problem that management couldn't resolve, and I encourage them to figure out a way to ensure that guests respect assigned spaces. We could've done without several days' anxiety from this, but we enjoyed our stay overall, recently received the full damage deposit back, and all is well.
