Eastham- great location, beautiful home
We had a wonderful week in Eastham at this home. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, but it could easily have fit more people. The rooms are spacious and they have everything you need in the kitchen. We loved the deck and the outdoor shower. The location was perfectly situated to get to the beaches and out to the trail and shops and restaurants!

My family of six stayed at the house for a week as we vacationed with other family. The house is nice and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the spacious deck.

Peaceful Eastham Stay
My family had a wonderful stay at this sweet house, that looked out on peaceful stands of trees and felt secluded. The central AC was such a gift during this very hot and humid week!! The kitchen had all we needed to cook many meals there, and having the washer/dryer access was so helpful. The outdoor shower was perfect for these hot days after beach trips. The swing, hammock, deck were nice bonuses, too. We loved the location, both in town and on the Cape. Communication with Vacasa was instant on most occasions. Such a great experience and we thank them for providing us with such a lovely home to stay in for our much needed vacation to our favorite place!

Comfortable but wifi a prob!
Great location,very comfortable. Lots of ants! Wifi bill not paid so we were out of TV and internet for 2.5 days. Vacasa has promised compensation.

Great spot
Our family went and it was a nice surprise that we didn’t need to bring anything with us. Everything we needed was already there. The yard was big and the kids were able to ride there bikes around. Even on our one raining day we stayed in and played board games that were there. Thank you!!

Eastham stay
We were here for two weeks in August and enjoyed our stay. We spent little time at the house as the location was so good for getting to beaches, bike trail, Provincetown and other great activities offered on outer Cape. Price for the accommodations was fair. Plenty of parking. Grill was good. Lighting in rooms is terrible. bring flashlights. No hand towels in bathrooms. No dish towels for kitchen.

July 4th @ 70 Chester Ave
Recently spent the July 4th holiday w/ significant others and friends at 70 Chester Ave. The home could not have been a better fit, both inside and out. Our arrival was perfectly coordinated via Vacasa and the home was well-prepared with clean bath towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials. Bedrooms and bedding were extremely clean and comfortable, as was the overall interior and living areas. Location-wise, we were ideally situated to all major beaches, dining, and groceries (all within 5-10 min.), while maintaining a pleasant sense of privacy down the home's private road. Large deck, grill, and outdoor shower were all added bonuses. Excellent stay and accommodations overall -- would certainly book again.

Great spot for a group getaway!
Stayed here with a group of 8 for a weekend getaway to the Cape and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice! The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, extra bedding, seating for 8). We loved the backyard area and the picnic table behind the house. The check in/out process was seamless. Also loved that it was so close to the beaches and only a 30 min drive from Provincetown. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean, quiet place to stay!
