"Clean and basic room. Perfect for an overnight stay and right near downtown. The outdoor amenities were nice and being close to the river was great for walking our dog. We would stay here again next time we are in Spokane. "

"They are in the middle of a renovation. Amazing beautiful area hotel is dated, but should be much nicer after the renovation. Everybody was very nice and kind, everything was very clean. Amazing view of the river."

"This is a unique property with great ambience and a spectacular restaurant. The rooms are cute and have high ceilings. Biggest downside is zero insulation between rooms or floors. We could hear every word from the neighboring room. Also, the floors are old and squeaky and you can hear any move made by the people on the floor above you. While we will return to the fabulous Gilded Unicorn restaurant located in the basement, we will not stay in this hotel in the future. "
