"As a long time user of this hotel they should start to look into making the bar and restaurant area more attractive and up-to-date, it is somehow sad stepping into the bar and the restaurant. The staff should also undergo a repeat training of smiling and being courteous. The reception staff were great"

"I stayed while on an overnight layover. Very easy to find the shuttle bus and buy ticket from vending machine. The driver also takes credit cards. Shuttle is overpriced, but the room was dirt cheap so I can’t complain. Wonderful breakfast was laid out starting at 4:00. Perfect for those with early flights. "

"Staff was great. Every time I had a question, (and I had a lot) they bent over backward to help. I do wish they offered a shuttle to/from the metro. When you get off the train, it’s a 10-15 min walk uphill in the cold to return to the hotel. Also, I wish we had more dining options, but the free breakfast is a full breakfast which is nice. It just gets pretty chaotic in the morning and wait times for buffet items were quite long. All of this to say, I liked the hotel. The staff was warm and...

"Stunning hotel, very comfortable rooms and social area. Lots of games on each floor for guests to use but the shuffleboard, table tennis and pool table should have a time limit as many groups would spend all evening on each, not letting others have a turn, disappointing especially for our children. Table football was broken and many of the board games had missing pieces. Shame as it’s a great idea. Room 310 is directly below the kitchen so expect to be kept awake until 2am with banging and...
