Eastbourne Seafront Spa Hotel

"Came here for a weekend getaway with my husband and a few friends. We paid extra upon arrival for a room upgrade. Pros: the valet was amazing, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a convenient location with sea views and proximity to the seven sisters walk. Overall positive experience Cons: it’s just not a 5 star hotel, while it is certainly grand, it was more of a 3 star experience from general upkeep and offerings. The breakfast was not very good and the amenities are outdated. "

"Amazing staff and that makes the differences to staying somewhere. I’ve stayed at other hotels that charge more and the customer service or even security aspects weren’t there. I’m glad I chose to stay. "

"Loved it. Loved my room. Bed really comfy, hot bath, just great. Only downside was that the room was so warm despite there being no heating which was weird but hey, still, better than being cold. Will definitely be staying again."
