"Beautiful looking hotel, with exceptionally helpful staff and stunning views. However, there’s no spa, laundry takes 4-5 days (we only stayed for 2), and it’s COLD in January! The water never gets above warm, and you can see your breath in the corridor. Attic rooms have stunning views but side windows with no curtains so you’re up with the sun. Restaurant is slow but does good veggie Indian food that comes out at separate times, but the live music is a woman playing a backing track through a PA...
