"I only stayed one night and am definitely going back I just hate how the bins in the rooms had no bin liners/bags in them other than that I loved the view. And how close it was to grand central. "

"We stayed at the Hotel for only one night, as we were there at the end of our trip. I regretted the one night accommodation as soon as we arrived and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff is amazing- so accommodating and kind. The service was top notch. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Hotel's location is terrific, close to so much one might want to see"

"Overall a great stay! Front desk agent( I think her name was Jordan) was great!! Give her a raise! Only thing that was eh was a rude women employee, presumably manager on the roof top bar around 11pm 1/18. We were told by the desk that the bar would be open later as it was busy. We were already on top floor so we walked upstairs via stairs, opened the door and an alarm went off. It completely scared us! She yelled at us in front of everyone “What do you think you’re doing!”. Gave two girls with already severe anxiety, panic attacks for an hour, but besides that we had a great time! "

"Excellent Stay for a Family of Four! We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The space was perfect for our family of four—comfortable, clean, and well-organized. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring we got a great night’s sleep every night. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, always helpful and accommodating. The location was unbeatable! Being so close to Grand Central Terminal made it incredibly convenient for all of our subway travel needs. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the water bottle refill station and the option to borrow umbrellas for the rainy day during our stay—small touches that made a big difference. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful visit!"
