"David and Annette were super great and easy to communicate with. The chalet is very dated in terms of decor but I took it as village charm. A nice 10 minute walk to town! Our biggest hurdle was that on our second day there the sewage or plumbing backed up causing the entire back half of the house to smell of urine and feces. The toilets themselves were not plugged. Unfortunately this resulted in most of our guests leaving as the smell was unbearable. "

"This property was in a beautiful setting. Very well kept. The host was so easy to get in contact with. The house had plenty of room. There were 11 of us total. We all had our own rooms that gave us our privacy. Hot tub and fire pit was even an added extra. Such an enjoyable experience. "

"A perfect condo to stay at; close to Holiday Valley and Ellicottville. Only two of us stayed in the condo, but it was very spacious and could easily accommodate more. I loved that it was so close to town, and we loved walking into town each day. (although may not be as easy in the middle of winter) The condo is spacious and it appeared to have brand new furniture. "I would highly recommend this property, the description is true, the location is convenient, and the unit was extremely clean! We did not need to contact the host so I cannot comment on communication. However, I can comment that the Vrbo app did not work properly and I couldn’t find, my rental information on the app. But that’s VRBO, I have had issues with VRBO in the past and I’m not a fan of it. But this property in this host was amazing!"

"We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the this property was. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything is so well done. Anthony was great to help out with any questions or concerns. Property had everything you need to spend a great weekend. We were there for a friends’ wedding, which was in the area, and it was great location close to the venue. Would definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Stayed in 304. Overall nice - could've been cleaner (shower, crumbs in drawers) and could've used some cups, shampoo, hand soap). Couldn't get wifi to work but TV had good selections. Common area nice with big TV and Fortnite Monopoly. Could also use more hooks for wet ski clothes. Beds comfy, easy parking and access to town. Thanks!!!"

"We stayed back in 2019. Now in 2024 there have been some major updates. The place is so cute! All the details give a cozy beach vibe. AC is a definite bonus. Everything you need is available. We like the location because the beach is mostly private but it's just a short walk/drive to more happening spots. Will definitely stay again. Thanks Dan!"
