"Great hotel, new, clean, great drink and dining options. The hotel was very busy when we were there - front desk phone wasn’t answered, texts to the concierge were not responded to, no spa access due to being overbooked (so must book well in advance). Staff seemed complacent when provided with feedback in service issues. The area around the hotel isn’t developed and as a result areas felt unsafe at times.
