"This hotel is ideal for a break in north Norfolk and is very reasonably priced. We stayed in mid December 2025 for two nights. The hotel is in very good condition and very well kept. We dined at the hotel’s restaurant both nights and had fabulous meals with excellent service. The hotel is sited in Tuesday Market Place, the centre of Kings Lynn and just a few hundred yards from the main shopping centre. It’s also opposite the Corn Exchange venue. "Helpful staff, lovely room, however the road noise was very noticeable, and I had a few issues with my door card not working. Staff very good at resolving the door card. Overall a very good place to stay, and I’d happily return. Well done."

"It was friendly with good music and nice breakfast items and menu. The bed was comfy, but my disability wasn't catered for, so my partner had to carry mobility aid upstairs and downstairs, and I struggled a bit on stairs. It was inconvenient and staff were very much in good spirits. "
