This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Centrally located between Bellaire, Boyne Mountain, Boyne City & Charlevoix the options for entertainment are endless! This recently remodeled space is unique and cozy for your up north getaway. A quick walk and you will find our local coffee shop and dining options, the Jordan river and lake access along with beautiful hiking trails are just a short drive away!
Located in the heart of downtown East Jordan, nicely renovated and very clean!

it was a very clean, comfortable and spacious above store apartment. we had a good home base for our activities at Boyne mtn. and Petoskey. The kitchen was complete with stove, microwave, coffee maker ,refrigerator, pots , and pans and plates and silverware. The bedroom was cozy! and comfy. Very nice

Beautiful Condo
Lovely place to stay. Very clean and had everything we needed when staying there for a wedding. It is all redone above a store in downtown. The only negative thing I could say was there was 22 steps to get into the condo. We are elderly so that was hard but we made do. I would recommend this place to stay as very nice.

It was a great place, without H Vac in the building I know the portable ac is necessary, lil noisy, maybe a couple of towel hooks in bathroom, door & wall, everyone should be made aware that it is 22 steps up…parking was easy even with a boat in tow, had a great time up in the north country!!!

Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for place to stay in the area. It was just a short walk away from the coffee shop, restaurant and the band that played in the park on Friday. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The property was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We had a wedding in Charlevoix and it was a very convenient spot to get to either Charlevoix and Boyne. Located right downtown East Jordan, it was perfect walking distance to a two bars and a coffee shop.
