"I had mixed up the dates and was prepared to pay for a new room. But the staff, Maria and her colleague, sorted everything out, made a lot of phone calls so i did not need to pay for new rooms. Offered me coffe as I waited, gived me a room before they even got confirmation from hotels.com that it was okey to switch. Upgraded the room with balcony, water etc just to be nice. "I was staying here during 3 weeks with my father who is 81 y.o. We came to Israel for my father's green card interview. This location was very convenient for us: not far from Medical Exam Facility and around 10 minutes driving from U.S. Embassy. Hotel has good disability access and breakfast as a great option. Staff is professional and ready to help at any time. I can recommend this hotel for long stay."

"I love historic hotels such as this one. Everything is clean and atmospheric ,I liked my room very much. The attached restaurant serves nightly specialtes of local recipes. On the expensive side though I've found all dining in Israel is relatively expensive compared with Europe and other countries. The location is excellent next to Garden Tomb and easily walkable to Damascus Gate. Helpful owner. Breakfast included. Recommended and would stay again. "

"In Saint George's Cathedral Pilgrim Guest House, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to offer assistance. Loui, is a talented man and surprised me with beautiful bed decorations. Masses are held at the Cathedral every day, except for Saturday. "I stayed twice at All Seasons Boutique Hotel - Jerusalem Palestine. The staff are friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is located 2 minutes walking distance from Saladin Street. Rooms are small but clean and newly renovated. "

"Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I asked for a late check-out of 3pm knowing that they would reject it or at the very best they would agree to one hour or so past the 11am check out time. They allowed my request with no additional fees. Each time I pulled up to the hotel, they came out and made sure I had a proper parking place. I left my jacket in the hotel after I left.
