「此酒店在当地算是最好的酒店之一了。客间还可以。但wifi则不行，基本是在酒店大堂还可以发发图片，房间则常常不行。在当地，要多准备一些10卢币给小费，印度旅游各处要小费的！」

「Room was large and comfortable. Only drawback was the number of flights of stairs necessary to get to it. Hotel was very convenient to get to the Mall and it was on a road that transport could drive up to the front door which is often not the case with other hotels in Darjeeling.」

「這家飯店跟照片上可能會有些許的差異，如果以價格來說算是有點貴，他的熱水沒有很穩定，衣櫥有一股樟腦丸的味道很重，大廳也顯得破破舊舊，房間倒是尚可算得上是乾淨。」

「We arrived in the morning and the room was ready all staffs were very friendly. Good and clean room very good breakfast . We stayed for 2 days.」

「不知道是什麼問題，我凌晨將近2點到飯店check in結果說「房間還沒好還要等10分鐘！！！」不是很能理解房間不是應該早就準備好了才對嗎？服務員堅持幫我把行李送到房間，因為真的太累了也沒注意，服務員走了之後梳洗整理一下直接睡覺，早上起床要出門吃早餐才發現服務員插在卡槽上的是一張紙！我根本沒有房卡！！！後來還要下樓去櫃檯要房卡😰。很訝異這是Holiday Inn會有的服務～」
