「Gorgeous views, non-pretentious but excellent room, beautiful lodge.」

「Nice setting with river behind property. Coffee shop nearby within walking distance. Pool and hot tub were great. Rooms are nice and property is quiet. I was traveling with wife and friends on road bikes. On our departure day i discovered i had a nail in my rear tire causing slow leak. The manager of the property( John) let me use an air compressor to air up my tire. Thanks John, we got home safely. I recommend Abbey Creek Inn if you are passing through.」

「We had an excellent stay. Great location and accomodations. So much in a walkable distance. Lucked out and got live music at the outdoor Skate rink too. First visit to Winthrop did not disappoint. 」

「Nice location and relatively close to town - we ate at Pizza place within walking distance - older woman at desk was extremely kind and accommodating with their inability to provide us a room with a cot for our group. Only downside was breakfast started st 9 pm and they literally ran out of everything and their was few people to feed 」

「Amazing stay from start to finish! They gave us a free upgrade to a 2 queen balcony, booked us for an hour in the hot tub, and allowed us to check out an hour late! Not to mention we had more than enough towels, comfortable beds, and a quiet room! I’ll also add Winthrop was such a cool town! We stayed there for North Cascades National Park, but it warrants a day of exploring too!」

「This is a great lodge. Wonderful setting, great dinner in the restaurant. The vegetables are to die for and the entrees were topnotch. The lodge was wo derfully appointed with a number of areas for relaxing or playing games or watching a movie in the media room. Everything was very clean and neat. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.」

「It is peaceful sitting on the balcony. We got to watch baby robins get fed by their mom in a nest above the porch light of our room, it was so sweet to watch! One thing I missed was the hammocks above the riverbank in which we stayed 2 years ago. The pool and hot tub was also missed, those were always a plus to making me book here in the past..Other than that I do love this place still. 」

「Very serene, beautiful setting. Just didn't work well for me not to have running water. For the rather high price of lodging, I wanted a little bit of luxury. Would be perfect for someone who prefers accommodations that are a bit more rustic. 」

「Felt like we were staying in a painting, the scenery was beautiful. Only a short walk to the river and short drive to food. The studio was comfortable and we slept well.」

「My dog and I were actually the only ones staying in the cabins during this time, so it was like our own private resort! The studio we stayed in was cute, clean, and comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked with everything I needed to help me make or reheat meals, make coffee and tea, etc. The only bummer was that the snow didn't last in the valley, so the ski trail that does (literally) run just outside the cabin was not skiable (none of the lower valley trails were). But, that didn't...
