"I stayed in a little cottage that was like a studio apartment. Peaceful, quiet, restful place to spend a few nights during my long road trip. The host was friendly and helpful. I would love to stay here again if I am ever in this region. Much, much nicer than a hotel! (Please be aware, they do not have laundry facilities. If you need to do laundry, go to the Wash and Dry on Fairview Ave. Don't go to the one at the Mobil station; it's gross.)"

"We had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed and we very much enjoyed the outside area, the fire pit, outdoor dinning area, pergola etc. The bedding was very comfortable and the central air conditioning worked well. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of the birds. Only slight cons were the bbq and outside area needed some cleaning (possibly we were the first guests of the summer) and some areas of the kitchen could do with a deeper clean, but the bathrooms and bedrooms and living...

"Apartment was clean, bright with comfortable beds. Great location for Berkshires visit, close to Tanglewood and all places fun. Only drawback for us (me and two college friends) was that we brought food for breakfasts and it’s not set up for eating in. No sink in the small kitchen so paper plates and plastic utensils are provided. Small but useful refrigerator. Only a microwave. Small coffee maker but Jodi nicely provided lots of coffee so we weren’t ornery in the morning! Brought in picnic food...

"The house has a lot of space and large bedrooms. It was very clean and included all the amenities listed. It’s a very old house, but they have taken the time to update much of it. Property had nice walking trails, and is in proximity to many great things to do - would stay again."

"First, the property is so unique...it is hard to believe that we got all 12 of us to fit so comfortably. Everything is old and new: all the charm of an old farmhouse with all the modern conveniences for everyone to be comfortable. Brenda was fantastic, always promptly answering questions and providing information. When we couldn't get the modem to work, she went into overdrive and we finally located the problem (at our end, a simple fix!) and we had great service all weekend. Check in and...

"The setting was pleasant and bucolic . . . the farm house has a huge porch covering two sides of the house that is lovely to sit on with a morning cup of coffee or evening drinks with friends. Everything was extremely clean and ordered in the home. Communication with the owners was also clear and helpful . . . lovely time."
