"My family of two adults and two kids enjoyed our stay at Larry's place. We found it nice and spacious, the furniture was comfortable, and the air conditioning was more than up to the task of keeping the unit comfortable despite the 90°+ August heat. The photos on the listing give a very accurate impression of the condo but what I didn't gather from the photos is how short the walk would be to both of the delightful pools. "A group of 84 people came to San Jose del Cabo for our daughter's wedding. Four of us stayed in this beautiful condo while most others stayed in hotels. We were the envy of the group. We had a fantastic view, seperate rooms and bathrooms, a well set up kitchen, parking, a usable beach and NO surprise fees. "Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Condo was very clean. We had everything we needed in the condo including a lovely small pool just steps out the door. Neighbors are friendly. We felt very safe here. Location is great if you like to walk to restaurants or for groceries. Buses and taxis always available on the Main Street. Enjoyed our winter get away!"

"Stay was good but watch out for San Jose del Cabo carnival in mid March as festival noise goes until 4:00 am and is a bit noisy. Live music from nearby bar can also go until 2:00 am. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Great location. Owner was excellent to deal with."
