The property is beautiful. We had a few hiccups at the beginning of the trip but Ann did an amazing job taking care of everything very quickly and communicated promptly. I would not miss staying here if the opportunity is there if I were you. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and house!

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful house for my husband's 40th birthday trip. I would strongly recommend. Tons of space for a large group of family and friends of various ages to spread out and relax. Location was very close to the spa/hot springs, downtown Durango, and the railroad. Kitchen was very well stocked to prepare breakfasts and dinners for a large group! Views and the outdoor areas were beautiful. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

We had a great time! The house was big and the porch was amazing! We ate dinner on the porch every night and then hung out and played games and had a fire. It was a good location, not too far from everything we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay!
