Outside is a balcony with outdoor furniture, views surrounding landscaping, mature trees and foothills in the distance. The balcony serves as the private entrance to the condo.

Driving about 30 minutes to the north takes you to Purgatory Ski Resort and the high San Juan Mountains. Mesa Verde National Park, a noted World Heritage Site, is about a 40-minute drive to the West. Hillcrest Golf Club is a five-minute drive from this condo, as is the main campus of Fort Lewis College.
