"Stellar service. I was traveling with my dog and checked in around 8pm. The person working the desk was very friendly and even greeted my dog. She provided fantastic direction and made sure we had everything we needed. I wasn’t stuck in a cold or isolated area with a pet, we were able to have all the comforts of guest traveling without pets. "The room was comfortable, spacious, good view and overall clean but the pillowcases were stained and one of the towels smelled too much like some kind of cigarette. Reception is pretty good but the elevator needs to be cleaned more frequently and put something in it to remove the cigarette smell."
