The location in Dundee is perfect… walk to dinner… vineyards very close by.. golf course nearby…. Went to Church of Christ Newberg awesome experience… everyone is so friendly…

Perfect for Two

Great location and nice and clean. Nice to have a reserved parking spot. Red Hills Market is just through the gate and that was a bonus. Maybe a couple of ice cube trays and a spare blanket would be nice but overall…. Really nice.

Good roadside cottage in Dundee

Comfortable streetside cottage. Near to 3 restaurants ( Bistro in next block is outstanding). Road traffic sound is not a problem at night. This is not good for longer stays involving cooking. Little cookware or utensils, no place to put dishes to drain. But for short stays, it would be fine. Check in: do be sure to pull door handle towards you to lock.

Okay stay

It was too far from Portland (but that’s on me). We had a car so drove into Portland every day. The market next door was nice. Was surprised that there was no coffee, only filters. Some of the knives were not clean. No storage containers for food. No cutting board. Overall okay.

Cute Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Tina's. It's such a great location and walking distance to great restaurants and wineries. The cottage was cozy and clean with a homey environment. We look forward to our next trip to Dundee and will gladly book again!

Location is great, but other issues..

While we enjoyed being able to walk to nice restaurants and some wineries, there were other drawbacks to the cottage. Internet worked for a few hours and then was non-existent for our 3 day stay. The property manager did promise a credit for the bad internet, which was appreciated. Taking a shower requires an act of limbo to get through the opening, since the top was about 5 feet above the floor. In addition, the A/C unit in the living room is quite loud, which caused us to turn up the TV volume quite a bit to be able to hear it. Finally, the selection of dishes, utensils, and glassware and a way to clean them was quite poor. I would choose another place to stay next time and gladly pay a little more for better amenities.

Great Location!

The cottage was adorable! Cozy, clean, comfortable bed AND pillows! It served our purpose for our three night stay and we loved basic needs (food and convenience store) was just a short walk away. Wld definitely stay again!

Communication Issues

The property was nice and in a great location. It worked well for what we needed and wanted. The only issue was the communication. There was no clear person to contact and when I did need to contact the property management, they could not get an email sent to me regarding how to enter the home. They ended up providing the information to me over the phone, which worked, but there was no email ever received. Approximately 12 hours after check in, i got a text message with the information of how to access the property. Everything was very delayed. If there was not a communication issue, things would have been pretty great. All said and done, the house was fun and met expectations.

Great location but a few problems with the stay

Tina's Cottage is a great location for visiting wine country. You need to have a pest company spray for insects as there is a pretty bad ant infestation that we experienced throughout our stay. Tina's restaurant next to the cottage scheduled a power washing of their vent system for a late Monday night 10pm-Midnight which was so loud we could not sleep. That could have been scheduled for the daytime on Monday or Tuesday when the restaurant is normally closed rather than late at night so people in the area could sleep.
