"Let me emphasize that this review is for the Mountain Inn in Iron Mountain, Michigan. There are some bad reviews that are obviously not for this hotel. The building does NOT have homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. The room was clean, the recliner chair was comfortable enough to sleep in. The TV was the largest I ever encountered in a hotel. My only complaint was that the first floor windows don’t open but the A/C worked fine. "

"LOVE, LOVE, LOVE everything about this cottage. It felt cozy, but still big enough that 2 small families had plenty of space. There is an attention to detail to make guests feel at home and comfortable. The beds are HEAVENLY. You are surrounded by beauty indoors and outdoors. The owners/hosts were wonderful. "Amazing property and outstanding hosts. Cabin was super clean, had pretty everything we needed including a boot dryer which came in very handy on the rainy weekend of ATV riding. Tricia was super responsive and even brought us a grill for the fire pit (that we couldn't use because of the rain). Access trail to the main DunGood Riders trails is literally feet down the road. A place to get fuel is right off the access trail. They had a rack of books and brochures for stuff to do around the area...
