"Great price for the location and room. We stayed in one of the top floors and the room was well kept and comfortable. Decoration is lacking (it’s very plain) but that’s not why we picked this hotel. The location is ideal for visiting London by foot. There is a 24h Tesco 2 mins away. The luggage drop off service is also very handy and well organised. If you get a good deal, I would definitely recommend booking this place. Saw some bad experiences in the reviews but everything went super smoothly...

"Check in was smooth and staff very friendly. This hotel is actually 2 hotels with interlinking corridors. Trying to find your room is a nightmare as the numbering system is completely random it seems. Signage on the floors is poor too. There were staff around on my floor to guide you to correct room. May be that’s the same on other floors. Room was clean but compact as was the bathroom. There wasn’t a lot of space should you wish to work and no desk chair to use at the small portable table. "The staff were exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean and tidy, but had an adjoining room which must have been partitioned in the past. I could hear the person in the room snoring, coughing and talking loudly at 5am on the phone as though he was in my room. Request a non adjoining room if you stay here. "Great value for the money. Check-in time was loosy-goosy ("sometime after 3" which was in fact not the case). Pillows were uncomfortable. But, room was a good size and clean. For the cost, would definitely recommend and would return."
