Nice enough room and hotel. Advertised a hot tub and sauna but had neither. Could be risky in and out in the winter with the hill and steps.

The outdoor stairs are dangerous and outdoor property needs cleaning up and something to add color and welcomeness. Room great and affordable. I’ll stay again!

Old furniture was just laying in a pile outside of hotel. Website said there was a hot tub but couldn’t find one. Employees rude when asked where the pool area was. Room was clean and smelled great! Bathtub was scary, seemed to have broken or something there was a hump in it and felt like you would fall through.

Property is a little older but they will be upgrading. They are becoming a Baymont. Lots of upgrades will need to be done. Crowded breakfast room and ice maker needs to be in with other vending machines-Very loud. Staff very friendly and helpful. On the stairs down to entry one step seems like you’re going to slip downward. Counter sink in or room wouldn’t drain. TV too small.

We stay in this hotel whenever we’re in Duluth. It’s comfortable, clean, well managed and conveniently located, plus reasonably priced. Extra bonuses are the swimming pool and the breakfast. The entry from the parking lot level requiring a walk down stairs is kind of crazy, but that’s Duluth for you!

Hard to determine if it was the right hotel - in the process of changing owners, and "Baymont" was confusing, and some rehab going on. Other than that, great place, would stay again. In winter, only 4WD can park in lots, that should be clearly stated in ads.

Bugs all over facility. Lack of housekeeping, told to police our own room cleaning, and ask for toiletries at tje desk as they had no staff to clean rooms?! Never in a million years would i stay here again

New owners and remodeling is not finished. Breakfast is all white flour and sugar. Subway and convenience store,gas station next door. Easy on and off the highway. Nice view on the front side. No elevator.

We got a triple whammy with this room... we walked in and saw we didn't have a window, we had a door that overlooked the indoor pool. Even the quietest conversation from the people in the pool was heard by us, as it was all amplified. Pool didn't close until a little after 10, so we had to listen to it basically all night. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything the people in the adjoining room did and said. Then when I finally fell asleep I was ripped awake at 6:00am because the breakfast nook was DIRECTLY across the hall from us and the beeping from the damn waffle makers was loud as hell. Never again!
