"We had an overall wonderful stay at Five Palm Jumeirah. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The check-in process did take a bit longer than expected, but we were happy with the upgrade we received, which was a nice touch. However, there was one issue that stood out. One of the staff members was quite insistent on not allowing my wife to check in because she had forgotten her ID. Despite explaining that I could have someone bring the ID later, the staff member was firm in saying "no," which felt a bit unaccommodating and unpleasant. Fortunately, after speaking with the manager, the situation was resolved smoothly. He was very helpful and ensured that we were checked in without any further issues. He also arranged for the ID to be submitted in 2hrs which we did. Overall, despite this small setback, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning. The hotel itself is fantastic, and the manager's assistance really turned things around for us. "

"Fantastic stay (3 nights) at beautiful property, super clean , great views but most of all truly outstanding staff who understand customer service. Our Sea View Rooms were great and were ready even though we came in early . Excellent dining options Varq - fine dining at its best ! we went for dinner twice and were truly impressed. Try the Lamb Biryani and Makhmali chicken. From the staff to the chef and the manager everyone was super attentive to the guests Raia - Great middle eastern food, great views from rooftop and outstanding service. try the hot mezze and lamb chops Emperor Lounge: Simply Fantastic service by all the staff there aling with great food. Try the Masala Chai, Lamb Wrap and Mumbai and Arabic afternoon High Tea if you get a chance! Also nice pool, great beach and excellent Spa Wonderful experience!!! "
