"Was a short stay. When we requested the shuttle to SeaTac the man at the front desk checked us out thinking we were leaving. I was coming back after getting my daughter to the airport as she was flying alone for the first time. When I did checkout a few hours later I was alerted that I already had been. Glad housekeeping didn't come to my room while I was still there. "

"I came in at midnight, I was exhausted and sick. There was trouble with the details of my stay due to booking with Expedia. The woman who checked me in was understanding and compassionate for my situation and she could've refused to rent me the room but she checked me in quickly. I was very impressed with the clean room. The beds had very nice bedding and the pillows and mattresses were great. I would stay there again. "
