"Beware! There is no hotel; place is closed down. Hotels.com continued to send updates/confirmations upon my scheduled trip. Caused me a ton of trouble as it was a tough time to find a place to stay with short notice during Ultra Music Festival."

"The location was great for food in the area: Whole Foods, dollar general, some restaurants. I didn’t like or appreciate that the only way to get ice was to contact the front desk…& then they charged $3 for it (w/out notifying me that there even was a charge)!! It took a good 45 mins to receive, in fact my bf was on his way to the front desk when he saw the guy in the elevator w/the ice & assumed it was for us. Crazy as hell smh. Not too sure I’d stay there again based off of that foolishness...

"Stayed 3 days and overall I give this property a 4 out of 5, the suite was very spacious. However, only one elevator worked, the iron didn't work, and the refrigerator wasn't getting cold, after informing the front desk of the room issues, they immediately resolved the issues, but the elevator wasn't back up and running until I was checking out. "

"Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE"
