"I had a nice experience with staying at the hotel. It was quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I was cruising. I did want to say that they no longer offer shuttles to the port if you are cruising but the Lyft ride wasn’t too expensive. The trolley does stop right across from the hotel which I took when I got back from my cruise which is free. "

"Terrible stay, we found trash from previous guest in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Called for help , they didnt even send somebody to clean it up. Then they moved us to a second apartment, tv screen was broken. They changed it after 2 days. We got a chance to go back to our countries because we got stranded in miami because of the corona virus, they said they could not refund the days we had left.TERRIBLE DONT SATY HERE"
