“This is a stone built listed property of beautiful design and resembles a small castle. It is a unique hotel of a past era but but strangly attractive and very interesting. For its age it is in very good condition and beautifully turned out and decorated in the turn of the 1930 styling. We very much enjoyed our stay and the staff were very helpful and of beautiful character. We felt very much at ease and one of the family. Overall a lovely period hotel staffed by dedicated people only 5 mins……

“Although not on the sea front or with sea views, it is well located and both are only a short walk away, (as are Greenhill Gardens) or there is a bus stop almost outside if required. The on-site parking a real bonus. Although we did not use the leisure facilities, they seemed popular, and inviting. The breakfasts and Sunday Carvery we had provided a good selection of well prepared food. Both are primarily self service, but we understand that evening meals at other times are in a quieter part……
