"We were there the week of January 19 which seemed to be the coldest week but nothing to do with the hotel. Everything at the hotel was great. Because they had only operating elevator and the pool heater was not working we were provided with a free upgrade which was fully appreciated. The property recently bounced back after hurricane damage and they are still in recovery but fully operational. The woman who greeted us at the front desk was very nice. "The location is best on island from what I could tell. You can see gulf and bayside. Sunsets are amazing. Wildlife and seashells abound. The beaches are secluded for the most part with an occasion couple or family but night and day when compared to some of the more “touristy” places we have stayed along 30A. We will most certainly return. The owner and caretakers went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing. Stephanie, Wendy and Bob were excellent communicators!"

"We stayed at Gulf Dreams during the first week of April! We had wonderful warm weather and greatly enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the beach. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the layout out of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most meals at the house. Pre-ordering the groceries was the way to go! Great communication with the property manager. The house was very clean. Highly recommend!"
