"Our room was big and clean with a lot of amenities, the pools were huge and were a lot of activities everyday, but the best part was the beach, white sand, turquoise water and super clean. We love it!"

"This was my hour 13th visit to this resort. This time we bought family and friends with us for a total of 20. Some had an issue at check in. They waited 2-3 hours before they got into their room, had an issue with luggage getting lost, but they dealt with it. I believe after that, they all had a good time. They are talking about returning next year. The thing I missed most was the blue cheese on the buffet. I was looking forward to it and was disappointed when I didn’t find any. Our room was fantastic, above and beyond what I expected."

"Beautiful beach, grounds, great food, drinks and staff. Beach can be noisy for several hours per day with tour boats from adjacent resort blasting sound. Tricky shower accessibility due to tub/glass and no handles. Chilling air conditioning not amenable to sublety. Balcony sliding door almost inoperable."

The property was nice and clean. The staff took great care to ensure that all areas, from the lobby, restaurants to the rooms were spotless. The service was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Especially my Mayordomo (Eliezer) I gave him five Stars ⭐️ The facilities were top-notch. The pools, spa, and casino were all well-maintained and offered a variety of activities to keep guests entertained. I did enjoy the Michael Jackson Show. The resort is located in a beautiful in area in Punta Cana that feels safe and quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. I appreciated the variety of shopping and dining options available on-site. Each restaurant offered a unique experience, and the food was delicious! Especially the Marketplace. My Only Complaint: The only issue I encountered was with the jacuzzi. While it had hot water, it didn’t produce bubbles, so I couldn’t enjoy a proper bubble bath. Despite this, everything else was very well maintained and clean. Overall, I highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable all-inclusive experience. I can't wait to return! My next trip will be in December!
