"We had a cozy stay for 3 nights. Lodge is lovely, and the great room/ common area is terrific for relaxing, eating your own snacks, playing cards or reading about the area in front of the fireplace. 24/7 hot beverages is a wonderful touch, with microwave and sink, tables and chairs available for use. "My family of 7 came to Canada from Texas to visit Banff NP, Yoho NP, Kootenay NP and the Icefields Parkway. This cabin was the perfect place to go home to after visiting those very busy but very beautiful parks and lakes. It was completely quiet and restful. The kitchen was incredibly well appointed including an ice cream maker which my son used to make almond ice cream and an instapot which we used to make chili.
