This hotel has everything that a five star hotel has. The breakfast is amazing. Very peaceful sleep without any noise. A bit far from the old town where everything is but we can catch grab to go anywhere so cheap. Staff are friendly and attentive.
We would definitely stay here again

The property is at the heart of old quarter of Hanoi city which was the best thing, plenty of shopping and eating places nearby. However, the room was a but small and the lights were very dim in the room which was problematic. The staff were friendly and the checkin was smooth. Overall a nice stay at a good location.
