「We had a great time and the house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for the family and amazing views. A 5 min drive to Mt. Abram and a 10 min drive to Bethel/Sunday River, the house is conveniently located. My only suggestion would be to bring awd vehicles if going in the winter as the road and the driveway are tough in the snow without awd. Other than that our trip was perfect and the communication from the owners superb. We would definitely rent here again! W」

「This cabin has a nice open layout, great for hanging out, nice amenities including a well-stocked pantry. Pretty walk down to the lake, nice neighborhood in both directions. We had a great time. Only issue was that I suffer from COPD and mildew in a bedroom closet affected my breathing, please just be aware.」

「The property requires major renovations and cleaning crew didn't do a great job at all. All the furniture is very old and in bad condition. leaking roof, railing ready to fall, cobwebs everywhere. Great stay for Halloween only!」

「This VRBO was awesome! It was even more impressive in person, the photos don't do it enough justice. This was the perfect house for our five person girls trip. We all fit perfectly upstairs in the family room for movie nights. It was a great home base for all our needs. The kitchen is also phenomenally stocked. Any kitchen gadget you need is there. We would all go back in a heartbeat.」

「We really loved our stay at this woodsy Maine cabin in Chesterville. It had such a warm & cozy feel, even though it has such high ceilings. It's also in view of the small lake, with a huge wrap around porch & plenty of places to sit & look out. The indoor fire place/wood stove was wonderful & we used it daily. Wood was stocked. Lots of little touches were so fun, like the s'mores supplies & games, puzzles, binoculars, books, lil nooks to relax, etc. We would definitely return!! Just be careful...
