"This is our 2nd stay. Cant' say enough regarding Captain Ron! Wonderful gentlemen and tries to accommodate you with anything you need. The boat is a wonderful unique experience. You need to like boats or this is not for you. Look for egrets and herons. Turtle hangs out by boat looking for food. Captain Ron is also a great writer. Check out his book Bohemian Skipper! Interesting read. Linda & David Gober "

"We loved our stay at the Green House at Green Springs! We found it to be very clean, spacious and welcoming. The pool area was exceptional. Though it is out away from the city, it is still close to everything there is to see and do in the Williamsburg area. Our stay was even better than we anticipated and we hope to return on our next visit to the area! Very pet friendly too and our pups enjoyed their stay, as well!"

"The Analog house was a little slice of heaven. You can tell that every detail of the property was set with care and intention. The home was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything that you need and more. The outdoor space was beautifully manicured and the best part was the private beach. Enjoying the sunset from there was magical. "The house was beautiful and in a great location. It was secluded and quiet, but just a short drive to most of our destinations (Williamsburg, Jamestown, golf course, restaurants). There was plenty of room to spread out and the huge deck was a great place to gather! We did not get to use the outdoor fireplace as it was too hot out, but would love to return in cooler weather. All in all, a great house and a wonderful stay! "

"We had an amazing time at this property! Cliff is very responsive and a great host. The kids loved being able to “stay in the past” but have modern day amenities (I.e. A/C, and running water!). Staying here created an immersive experience added on when not in Colonial Williamsburg. We would definitely return. "

"We stayed 3 nights for bike riding on the Virginia-Capital Trail. The location is almost mid-way between Richmond and Williamsburg, directly across from the trail on the John Tyler Memorial Hwy. The amenities were just right: a good sleep, hot shower, comfortable living room for reading or TV. The kitchen/living room makes eating-in easy, but there are also local eateries that provide good, classical food. If you’re into bike riding, this mid-way location will allow you to cover a lot of ground...

"This cottage is a gem! The hosts are accessible, quick to reply to any questions. Having beach chairs, kayaks and the paddle board on the beach was very convenient. Searching for the perfect sea shell was fun. We loved taking the ferry over to Jamestown/Williamsburg, it is very easy to navigate. It is hard to leave this little slice of paradise.
