"The property was very nice overall; however, they really pressure you into the 90 minute time-share presentation. We had a long day and told them repeatedly that we just wanted to get into our room and then get something to eat before the restaurant closed but they just kept hounding us. We asked if we could come down the following morning to schedule a time to see the presentation but was told we had to decide right then so we declined. "Overall we enjoyed our stay at Encore. Our unit was a 5 bedroom on the west side of the resort. The water park/main building was a couple minute walk from our place and the kids liked that they could walk there on their own. We did experience some issues with our unit. The door handle literally fell off when we tried opening the front door after checking in, so that wasn’t a great start. "Very clean and nice ammenities. There was a big beatle looking bug and they called exterminator right away. Only suggestion would be to find a wayto put a bigger tv in bed aroom. Also some kind of foot rest in shoeer to be able to shave. in"
