After arrival, they did not have one available. The hotel did provide one by the second night which was appreciated. A second issue was room location. I purchased a royal room which I believed was centrally located to the playground and pool as it states pool view in the description but I was far from the pool, the receptionist...

"picture look nicer than actual property. The lobby is clean and remodeled but the rooms were not. They were old run down and the bathroom was dirty. Only one elevator worked and the maid with her cart were frequently on it. This cause a long wait as one person could only enter with their luggage. Overall decent stay for the price."
