"The room was better than expected! Very elegant, has a jacuzzi as well and everything that you need into a room. Also very warm since it has a well working sir conditioning. Also they provide a very nice breakfast both salty and sweet and you can also have lunch a dinner if you'd like to. I just give 4 star for the staff since when I did the check-in, the guy was rushing and just asked me my name, trusted my word (well I'm glad that he trusted me but I'm just saying this for the hotel's safety...

"This is a great hotel ideally located for a longer visit and walk into the city. Our bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. Although a long drive from Lincoln may have helped our sleep. The shower was excellent in terms of heat and power but the dated above bath holder and curtain let it down. It was too high and was best hand held or angered on the stability bar. That was a pity as otherise this was a nice hotel with great free parking. "

Owner couple runs this B&B and have gradually expanded it over the past 12 years to now 15 rooms. We stayed in the Superior Room type which seems try largest one and is the size of a studio with separate sitting area. Breakfast served in common area but otherwise no restaurant on-site. Biking and walking trails nearby. Highly recommended for a quiet stay near Dendermonde. "
