「The hotel's location is good. However, we're not happy with the front desk clerks. As we had 3 people stayed there for 2 nights and we asked if we can change to a bigger room, even they don't have a room for 3. They answered that the hotel was fully booked. We felt that they just want to make an excuse to close the case of our request and not willing like to help.」

「Our hosts were wonderful and very helpful. They even offered to pick us up from the train station. The room was clean functional with a good shower. The European style breakfast was excellent. The location was quiet and yet, only 30 seconds walk from the main street with shops and the Christmas markets. Would highly recommend. 」

「Mitten im Hunsrück gelegen bietet die Unterkunft einen guten Startpunkt für Ausflüge an der Nahe und der Mosel. Die Möbel, zumindest in unserem Zimmer, waren schon recht alt (unmodern) aber gut in Schuss und zweckmäßig. Die Badezimmertür ist als Glassschiebetür ausgeführt und verheimlicht nichts.
