They charge for the total and they cancel one hour later because the property was already rented
I reserved the property Friday night for July 2 1st to 4th They took my money 1500 and cancel it one hour later because the property was already rented and I couldn’t rent other one because they refund me the money today, I don’t have more money to rent other property, I am very upset.

Most unprofessional Host I’ve ever rented from!
I booked this stay and on the day of check In I asked for the address and the response I got was sorry, I don’t know why they booked, this property was already booked. I asked if they reported it and asked if they were serious, and they would NOT respond. Now just a little back story. I had traveled here with 8 people, it took us 7 hours. We were here for a get together because we lost a family member. They did NOT notify us but our card was charged the full amount. We called VRBO and we were on the phone for over 11/2 hours. VRBO called the owner several times and they also refused to answer them. VRBO They wer ble to find us anywhere to stay, due to the holiday. And we were left in a huge bind. VRBO didn’t even offer discounts for this huge inconvenience but promised we would get our mo met back in a few weeks. Do not trust these people,
