I would like to call out Tarang at the lobby desk, he is extremely caring, very hospitable guy. he went out of his way to help me with a personal medical situation I was addressing. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption.
