Mold!
The location of the house was perfect and although dated the house was overall clean. However one of the bedrooms had a wall that was covered in black mold. No one was able to stay in that room and when the local Vacasa crew arrived agreed the room was unusable. It has now been a month and after several emails we have still not received a refund.

Mold and Mildew
Place is great for college students as a crash pad. However for a family yuck. One bedroom had black Mold and Mildew. Wall had a lot of scuff marks just bad shape. Cabinets doors handle missing some cabinets don’t close. I highly recommend you stay away from this place unless your 20 with 20 friends looking for a place to sleep, and close to the beach
