Take this listing down
This rental needs to be taken down. A full refund is expected. Host did knot respond to any messages. The phone number is not a working number. We overlooked the two ratings because we just needed something cheap and quick. This lead two grandmother's and a 7 year old with out accommodations in West Broomfield. This made us return home and made a very ver long drive home. On phone for 1.5 hours with VRBO support to be told that a refund will come "maybe in 10 to 14 days". Went through 3 agents and lost call one time during. Just in a regular heavy populated apartment subdivision, never got a chance to find the pool because we had to leave and find a restroom.

No luxury, it’s a cheap apartment where you can hear the neighbors cough
First of all, I feel as though I was scammed by a “bait & switch”. When I arrived, I was told that the “private garage” in the listing that I reserved & paid for was “not available for this unit.” I expressed my disappointment to the owner’s “associate”, he tried to give excuses while showing me the broken couch “don’t use it” & the dangerous kitchen chairs, which are use at your own risk. So that was my 1st 5 minutes. On Day 2 I messaged the host about the garage situation, which was the reason that I booked his property, and got nothing but excuses then silence when I asked for a partial refund. He completely ignored me & refused to admit that he completely lied (which is quite easily verified). VRBO should not allow hosts like this, we count on VRBO to hold hosts accountable. Besides the bait & switch, there are other issues that will cause guests to spend a lot of time & money if they want to do anything other than sleep there. Such as no dishes, flatware, coffee maker, or lights in bedrooms. No extra blankets. The bath towels are small, old & worn & there are no hand or kitchen towels. If you use their hot pads you will burn your hand. The WiFi is weak, tv goes out often. Tv is bedroom is very old. The main bath shower pressure is weak, so I switched to the guest bath. The water pressure there is good but the cheap plastic shower curtain gets water all over the bathroom. I had to tape it down with duct tape. Drawer pulls are missing, light bulbs are burnt out & the main bathroom light is all rusty. There are cobwebs & dust. There’s a dishwasher & laundry but zero supplies. This list continues but this one is important if you have ALLERGIES - not sure the smell they are trying to cover but there are flowery plug-ins everywhere, & even though I unplugged all I could find the fake flowery smell gave me a daily headache. And when I left (after a week+ of a work & holiday stay) that damn smell came with me. I had to re-wash EVERYTHING. Bottom line, if you pay more than $75/night you will be disappointed.

Rented out to soon
I am under the impression that they just rented this property out to soon. There were no lights in the bedrooms, the guest room has a blow up bed on the floor (which I was given a heads up a about, unaware it was a very cheap camping style inflatable), the couch was damaged and the other couch didn't recline (either not plugged in or buttons don't work). The showers are original with stained pans and stuck doors. Toilet seat in master was stained with what I do not know. Check in was suppose to be at 1:00pm and was moved to 3:00pm at around 12:45pm. The address sent to me via VRBO was incorrect so I went to the wrong address before contacting property manager for check in. Master king size bed was nice and has 2 giant TVs. No info on how to check out so I did not know where to put key if I were to lock the door and leave. Definitely not worth over $100 a night. As a property manager myself, I would have finished updates and repairs (lamps in bedrooms, a real bed in the guest room, replacing stained toilet seats, etc.) before renting this property out, especially for the price paid.
