Roaches on property, terrible communication and still no refund
This property was booked for a client through my company for a 13- day stay starting on 11/25. We were transparent and the host, Fadi, agreed that this was acceptable. Within hours of check- in, our guest reported that roaches were found throughout the property. We have pictures taken on- site to confirm, this. He departed this location immediately and did not spend a single night on property. Fadi has been dodging messages with vague acknowledgement. As of 12/18, i have no acknowledgement for a refund after repeatedly asking. He does not answer calls, and is offering no clarity on the situation.I have been immensely patient, and did not want to leave such a review, but I am now upset I have to escalate this to VRBO and further waste my time when trying to get a refund for this infested property.
