" At check in, reception had an incorrect first name. I had the receipt with my name on it and the email they sent me. They claimed hotels.com gave them the wrong name. Was able to check in. Apartment clean, couch and bed a little hard for my liking. Liked all the conveniences. Blinds didn’t keep much of the light out. "I was not made aware that reception closed at 5, I arrived at 5:02 because i went to the parking area first. I then had to travel to another property to register. I am glad i didn’t have to walk! The property itself is well situated with a bus stop close by. It is a quiet property with lovely trees surrounding it."

"I liked the deck top hot tub, comfy bed and quiet neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and had lots of towels and utensils for cooking. It was very clean and well appointed. The gas fireplace did not work but other than that it was a great visit!"

"Le Chamois is a nice building in a great location at the base of Blackcomb mountain. The rooms are larger than average for the cost, and hotel layout is easy to navigate. Only 3 stars for property condition as the common areas are in need of a refresh (carpet, paint, furnishings). Otherwise, I recommend staying at LeChamois for a Whistler trip. "

"the apartment was very easy to find. we got into whistler around midnight. Tyrone's directions were easy to understand and the entire checkin process went very smooth. The location was within 10-15 minute walking distance to the village (where all the restaurants and gondolas are). It's also across the street from the supermarket. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the mountain. The downside was there're 2 flights of stairs from the entryway to the rooms so we had to lug our luggages...

"Very spacious and clean home! Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Easy 3 min walk to bus for ski days, and easy 15-20 min walk to village for dinner. House was well stocked and check-in process was great. Absolutely no issues! Hope to be back soon. 10/10. "
