“In en om de woning ontbreekt het aan niets. Het buitenverblijf en tuin liggen wat van het hoofdverblijf af, maar ook daar is alles voorhanden ( buitenkeuken, vaatwasser, wc, koelvriescombinatie). Ook bij lagere temperaturen is het daar prima te verblijven. Al met al een prachtige locatie!”

“Meine Schwester und ich haben uns wohlgefühlt in der herzigen Wohnung und die Aussicht vom Sitzplatz aus genossen! Luna, meine Hündin, hat sich im Schnee herumgetollt und Spass gehabt. Sehr praktisch, dass die Gondelstation gerade nebenan ist!!! Diese Ferien haben wir sehr genossen!”

“Hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para alojar cómodamente a 6 personas, es cálida y más grande de lo que parecía en el anuncio. Además está situada al lado de las pistas de esquí y a 5-10 minutos de restaurantes y tiendas. El hospedador responde con rapidez a los mensajes enviados. En resumen han sido unas vacaciones estupendas”

“Ho soggiornato solo sei ore su sette giorni prenotati perché ho avuto un problema grave di salute e non mi è stato rimborsato un centesimo su un importo enorme versato. La comunicazione con il proprietario scarsa, le luci dell atrio e del boschetto bruciate quindi risultava inagibile di sera e non in sicurezza. La tv solo in tedesco. Il cinema non ho potuto usufruirlo perché alle mie richieste mi hanno risposto dopo giorni. Pulizia della casa non perfetta. Posizione e panorama stupenda.……

“Listing the key events that made us rate this 1 star: 1. We arrived at the location and the host was not there. We had to call VRBO (EUR 30 in roaming charges which we want refunded) and the host. Whilst VRBO told us the reservation was fine, the host told us there was no reservation. 2. Finally, the host managed to find us a room. Howeve, it was not at all what we booked on the website, much smaller and without the set-up we saw when booking. 3. The shower plate was broken, and leaked after……

“This was our second stay at this property in Chiavenna and it did not disappoint. The apartment is clean and close to everything. Communication and check in with the property owner is seamless. We arrived by train and the apartment is literally right near the train station. We will look forward to our next stay! Grazie Paolo!”

“Sehr schöne, fast neue Ferienwohnung, für bis zu drei Personen in ausreichender Größe; für fünf Bewohner könnte es etwas eng werden. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf den Lago di Mezzola und die umgebenden Berge. Leider keine gute Schallisolierung zur Nachbarwohnung, aber da das in beide Richtungen gibt, stellt sich schnell Rücksichtnahme ein. Was auch etwas stört, sind nachts die Mopedfahrer und die Hunde der Nachbarschaft; Ohrstöpsel mitbringen! Ein Supermarkt und eine sehr gute Pizzeria und eine……

“Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo, arredato di recente. Isabella è stata molto gentile e disponibile anche a fornire informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e dove andare a mangiare.”

“I stayed there with my son. The main goal was to cycle the Stelvio. The location of the house if perfect for this. And the house has a good option to store the bikes safely. Contact with the owner was perfect. She did give us useful information about restaurants, the mountains etc. Due to the weather we could not fully climb the Stelvio. But we managed to cycle the Mortirolo and the Gavia. So we had a great week in a lovely accomodation.”
