"Despite the poor reviews about communication with managers, we actually got into our place right at 3:00. It might have been a challenge if we hadn’t been right there waiting. It was a quaint and comfortable place, that seemed to have an interesting history. Very close to main plaza. Kitchen had the basics. It would have been nice to have 5 gallons of filtered water available and at least one kitchen towel. Overall a comfortable stay."

"Person in charge is very responsive, generally clean, a little more cleanliness would be better, needs to readjust the front door lock, feels a little loose. Beach access and pools are awesome feature, highly recommended. "

"I booked this property because of the ability to cook for my niece. Unfortunately, although the host was responsive and sent a technician, the electric kitchenette didn't work, I was able to cook only once! This was very frustrating and inconvenient, considering this was the main reason for this booking. "

"The place is excellent in terms of cleanliness and security, but it is a bit far from the restaurants or the center, however you find several shops nearby, as well as the beach."

"This is a great condo. It's a bit tight with the big table but everything else was great. The couch was very comfortable as were the beds. There is a large tv in each room and it was nice to have laundry facilities. The only issue we had was finding the place. Having a video of the road and the adjoining properties would be helpful as well as having the address and unit number. Language was also an issue for us. But once we were there the unit was great."

PERFECT STAY!!

"We LOVED our stay here.. buffet was AMAAAZING!!! And restaurant overlooks ocean beautifully!! Location near many restaurants and mucho tiendas for shopping… local green bus is about $1 to and 10-15 min ride go to old Mazatlan.. or can walk along beach or wide beachfront walkway… best hot water and shower pressure out of 8 hotels on our trip… hot tub actually had reasonably hot water in it… though it’s a popular spot! Beach out front not bizzy and perfect for tanning.. view and sunsets spectacular!! "

"Room was cozy and room service was excellent. The shrimp ceviche was excellent. Would like to have had a few more hand towels and wash rags. There was only one hand towel and no wash rags in our room. But other than that, everything was wonderful."
