"Location was good. Not suitable for anyone who can’t climb 10 flights of stairs. Mold in the bathroom and water damage through out. Furnishings not good quality . Hadn’t been cleaned and had an ant infestation. Wouldn’t give a refund and left early. "

"There was no Internet connection during our stay in apartment. In addition cellphones do not work inside apartment because of weak signal. When you need to make a phone call you go outside. When you go outside you need keys and because we had only one set of keys with knob which turns on the light in apartment my wife had to wait me in the dark."

"Spacious, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and really good communication! Would just warn those looking to book that this property is at the top of a very steep hill with lots of steps (about 12:15 mins a walking) and taxi driver was unwilling to take us up to the top due to narrow streets. "

"Dario the host is a very proud Napolian … he cares, welcoming us in person even though we arrived close to midnight! He carefully explains all important aspects of the property eg the multiple aspects of the secure entry. The location is great … nice and central and many restaurant options nearby. Also, we greatly appreciated the chance to leave our bags until 2:30pm on checkout day."

"This snug little apartment sits right in the middle of things on Via Duomo, well within walking distance of many of the great spots in Naples. It's very well appointed, with everything looking quite new. Communication with the owners was top-notch...very responsive and generous."

"This property looked nothing like the posted pictures. It had a terrible odor like a port a potty. The air conditioner leaked constantly. It would soak the curtain and leave a puddle on the floor. There was mold on the ceiling of bedroom. The only coffee pot was rusty and moldy. It could not be used. The location was terrible for getting taxis. The floor was uneven and the tiles not even glued down. There was a “trap door” right in front of the kitchen sink that felt like you would fall...

"The location is very unique, being in the heart of the historic area and on the street where Xmas creches are created. Very busy, lively and fun by day; very quiet at night. Lovely to have breakfast accompanied by accordion music and church bells. The apartment is large, clean, well equipped except for need a new coffee maker which I’m sure Emanuela will replace. Emanuela is lovely, responsive, and has very clear instructions re using the tiny elevator, entering the security gates, and...

"The apartment was spotless and spacious. Danielle was very responsive to text messages Her neighbor gave us the key to get in and was very helpful, even though she speaks mostly Italian. We didn't realize the apartment was a 4th-floor walk-up until we arrived."

The apartment was lovely, very well equipped and Giancarlo and Fiammetta were lovely host’s, helping with any queries we had.
