"This apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay in Naples! The owner clearly has lots of care for the property as it is incredibly clean and well stocked. There is plenty of space in all of the rooms (way more than expected!) and the area is safe thanks to the gated courtyard. "Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."
