"This property looked nothing like the posted pictures. It had a terrible odor like a port a potty. The air conditioner leaked constantly. It would soak the curtain and leave a puddle on the floor. There was mold on the ceiling of bedroom. The only coffee pot was rusty and moldy. It could not be used. The location was terrible for getting taxis. The floor was uneven and the tiles not even glued down. There was a “trap door” right in front of the kitchen sink that felt like you would fall...

"We came down to Naples after a family wedding in Rome and wanted to explore the area, we had a lovely week sightseeing the Naples area. The apartment was lovely, very well equipped and Giancarlo and Fiammetta were lovely host’s, helping with any queries we had. I would have no hesitation to recommend Naples and the apartment to anyone "

"Location was good. Not suitable for anyone who can’t climb 10 flights of stairs. Mold in the bathroom and water damage through out. Furnishings not good quality . Hadn’t been cleaned and had an ant infestation. Wouldn’t give a refund and left early. "

"There was no Internet connection during our stay in apartment. In addition cellphones do not work inside apartment because of weak signal. When you need to make a phone call you go outside. When you go outside you need keys and because we had only one set of keys with knob which turns on the light in apartment my wife had to wait me in the dark."

He carefully explains all important aspects of the property eg the multiple aspects of the secure entry. The location is great … nice and central and many restaurant options nearby. Also, we greatly appreciated the chance to leave our bags until 2:30pm on checkout day."

"its a nice central location in Napoli, with most of the necessities (beds, airco, small kitchen, table, etc) and lots of windows. also quite clean. the 2p bed is a bit hard though, and could be easily improved. contact was easy. above all, we enjoyed our stay."
