"I stayed solo for 1 night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm driving around France so having a kitchenette to prep food was very useful too. The place is clean, quiet and a short walk to the city centre."

"Only stayed for one night, but other than the noisy water heater in the bathroom, a pretty solid place. Amazing location for the price. Easy walk to Reims Cathedral and the surrounding area and the staff was kind and accommodating."

"If you have a car this is a very convenient spot to stay. It is close enough to enjoy what Epernay has to offer without having to compete for a parking space. It is a very quiet area and a great spot to base yourself if you are interested in exploring the vineyards and villages in the Champagne region. There is also a Lidl store just around the corner, within walking distance."

"The checkin info was misleading, we were told that were able to check in at any time but when we reached the accommodation, there was no staff there to entertain us. Ended up having to sleep in the car at a service station. :( "

"My only regret was that we couldnt stay longer. This apartment was well furnished, very cute and in the most convenient location. Very walkable to dozens of restaurants, bars and the best bakeries. I would highly recommend this apartment. We were two people and it was so spacious. Located on 3rd floor for those who have trouble with stairs, not a problem for us, but could be for some. I would definitely return."

"Excellent location for all city attractions and Champagne houses. Really cute appartement, nice retro style and yet well equipped. Comfy bed, good shower, good wifi, coffee machine etc of great standard. Check-in and check-out really easy with friendly host, who had great suggestions on local attractions. Parking was great in a secure lock up in an underground car park adjacent to the apartment building. Would recommend "

"The apartment was lovely and big which we had not had yet in our trip. The host was terrific with her communication many days in advance which was so helpful. Very accommodating with our plans. The location was amazing. It is right in the middle of town just blocks from the Cathedral. Right near the public parking garage which was a huge help for us since we had rental car to park over night. She even had beverages in the refrigerator if we wanted a drink. That's pretty special. "This apartment is perfectly located and beautifully appointed. Our hostess took such great care of us. Through no fault of hers, our car was towed. There was a funeral and it was an exceptional circumstance. She spoke to the police, escorted us to the station and translated for us. I do not know what I would have done without her! "The apt is on the 4th floor and is very tough for seniors with suitcases.The kitchen and bathroom were modern and well appointed. The Bed was great! The ceiling lights were dim and it was difficult to read due to poor lighting in general! Location was great! The bldg. is in need of repairs esp the staircase!"

"This was a dream trip with friends (3 couples). The house was perfect for our group. Each room has a bathroom ensuite, so it made it very private for each of us. House is located in a neighborhood with bakeries and a supermarket within walking distance. "The hotel is very suitable for anyone travelling from the UK by road to southern France or the Alps. The drive from Calais to Chalons-en-Champagne is less than 3 hours. The town is not too far from the motorway south. There is very well priced fuel available. The hotel is located in a very pleasant square. Whereas the hotel does not have a dining room (except for breakfast) there are several restaurants and bars in the square. The hotel has a limited amount of parking, but there is parking in the square and an underground car part beneath the hotel next door that is open to the public."

"This property is great. The breakfast buffet is very good with a variety of food. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and has a public parking near by. The pedestrian street near the hotel makes it attractive. We booked 2 rooms with a connecting door. We felt like home."
