"It was a nice stay if you want to stay somewhere traditional. We stayed for one night ant the guest house and we wanted the experience. The place didn’t feel clean. We saw French fries and napkins on the floor when we checked in. Overall it was a good stay. The bedding was very comfortable. One of the rooms has a green exit sign which was very bright when you go to sleep. "

"No housekeeping during stay. We need to clear our own rubbish and dishwashing. There is no free parking but coin parking facilities available. I appreciate the free laundry facilities"

"This apt. hotel is Very convenient located in the center of the city, About 15 min walk from Kyoto Station, bus stops across the street or nearby. 西本愿寺 a UNESCO site is right in front of the hotel. We enjoyed staying here very much. Definitely recommend! "

"The location was great, easy 5 min walk to subway and bus. Only 15 mins to market and shopping. The room was comfortable and a good size for Japanese standards. It is nice to have a kitchenette and there was free water. We only received 1 towel each and had to ask for extra towels which was not a problem. I asked for an extra pillow and they did not have any, that is a first and very unfortunate since it made my sleeping less comfortable."

"Absolutely loved this stay while in Kyoto. It provided us with ton of space as opposed to most standard hotels. It was super cute and they provided a ton of free amenities, even allowing us to do three loads of laundry for no additional cost. Super convenient having the laundry in your room as opposed to a different floor. Staff were very friendly and easy to work with despite the language barrier. Public transportation does not stop directly near this location so a 10-15 minute walk back may...
